If you purchased a Premium Membership through Apple or Google Play Store but but you are still seeing lock icons on premium content, you will need to make sure you are logged in correctly.
To check if you logged in correctly, tap "the other" section in the app and click on the Profile.
Tap the "Update" link to see if you have logged in with the e-mail address you made the purchase with or a different one.
If you see a different e-mail account than your premium membership is linked to, log-out and then re-login with your correct e-mail account.
If you are already logged in with correct e-mail account and your content is still locked, you can follow the steps below:
- Tap "Become a premium member" banner.
- The purchase page will be opened. Scroll down and tap "restore my purchase" link place on the bottom.
- Wait for a couple of seconds and close the app.
- Re-open to see if the locks are removed.
