The content is not loading

If you are playing a content for the first time, it may take a couple of seconds to start streaming. 

But if the content is not being played after a long wait you can follow the steps below:

1. Make sure that your internet connection or wifi is working.
2. Close the app (do not put to sleep mode but close entirely through the main screen of your phone)
3. Reopen and see if the the problem continues.
