If you are playing a content for the first time, it may take a couple of seconds to start streaming.
But if the content is not being played after a long wait you can follow the steps below:
- Make sure that your internet connection or wifi is working.
- Close the app (do not put to sleep mode but close entirely through the main screen of your phone)
- Reopen and see if the the problem continues.
